Just as we carefully handle your personal data with care and respect, we’ve designed our returns process to be as smooth and thoughtful as your crafting experience should be.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your crafting supplies. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.

Important Note: Due to the nature of fiber arts materials, certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. These include:

  • Crochet Hooks and Knitting Needles (opened packages)
  • Fabric Cutters and Hook & Punch tools
  • Bulk Yarn for Dyeing (once opened)
  • Floss and opened yarn skeins
  • Electric Spinning Wheels (due to electrical safety regulations)

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team to receive return authorization. This helps us ensure your return is processed smoothly and efficiently.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once authorized, please pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Refund Method

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) refunds: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process above. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item to you using your preferred shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost to you.
